This is Gargal's Navy Ultra-form.
Bio: In this form, Gargal is able to steal the feet of her targets simply by pulling them off. The feet are still spiritually connected to the body, but are in her hands and at her mercy.^^
She also has the ability to shoot tickling-electricity from her body.
